Pinterest Management: 6 Month Minimum Commitment
Why Pinterest? With over 533 Million active monthly users, chances are your audience is on Pinterest, looking for ideas, inspiration, how-to’s, and easy links to shop!
With the correct Pinterest optimized keywords, the lifespan of your posts can be upwards of months or even years! (so much more rewarding than the quick turn-around on social media).
Pinterest management requires a 6 month minimum commitment. Pinterest takes a bit of time to decipher your content, it’s not an overnight take-off type of thing (don’t worry, it’s worth it), that’s why our package requires time to analyze, pivot, and reach your target audience.
How does our Pinterest Management work exactly? (pssst… NO extra work for you & all the reward)
- Once you’re booked in, we’ll send over your Brand Basics Questionnaire (que the confetti 🎉) where we’ll get clear on your audience, goals, the type of content you’re already producing, and you’ll get an overview of our content process (Google Drive to drop us all those pics of your cute face!)
- Depending on the amount of content you have (see our Blogging Package if you’re ready to bring your content to your very own website), we’ll set up a pinning schedule of 5 pins per day. We use your existing content to design click-worthy, eye-catching pins and scheduled them out, all you have to do is send us your pics and we do the rest!
- You’ll also receive a quarterly recap email check-in going over analytics, pin performance, and any additional up-coming trends, or seasons to capitalize on!

Pinterest Management Q+A
- Do I need a website for Pinterest?
- Why 3 Month Minimum Contract?
- Any hidden costs with Pinterest?
- What additional benefits can Pinterest bring me?
Honestly, yes, you should have a Website with a blog to link your content back to. That’s what Pinterest users expect. If they click over and end up on a TikTok or Reel, they may instantly click out because they were hoping for a blog post to help their research.
Check out our Blogging Package if you want us to turn your social content into blogs for you. Inside your blog posts they’ll gain value from your content topic, but also be able to access affiliate links, email opt-ins, etc. (check out our Email Marketing package if you don’t have an email list yet)
The Brand Theory Method starts with your Social Content >> Curated Blog Post >> Email Opt-In >> Pinterest Marketing >> Email Marketing to own your audience contact list, create a gated connection only available to those on your email list, which leads to sales via affiliate links, or your own products/services.
If you do not have your own website with blog posts, your Pinterest Pins can lead back to social content and/or affiiate links. Just know it’s not the preferred method.
Pinterest takes a bit to fully understand your content as a new account, or figure out your cleaned up content if your Pinterest is currently a hot mess.
3 months should give the algorithm time to learn what your account is all about, and who you serve. You’ll start seeing trends in how your content is received from the Pinterest audience (if something performed well on socials, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll perform well on Pinterest, it’s all about testing), and we’ll have a great idea of what’s working and what’s not so we can double down on the things that are resonating with your Pinterest audience.
Pinterest is a long-game. It’s not typically an overnight gone viral type of platform (although we’re open to that possibility lol).
NOPE! We use the Pinterest native scheduler to plan and schedule all your pins, so there’s not additional cost for the platform itself.
If you wanted to fully adapt the Brand Theory Method of Blogging on your own website, along with Email Marketing, there would be additional costs associated with those options.

Growing your audience & reach on Pinterest can lead to new Brand Partnership opportunities! Not only can you offer brand collabs with your amazing social reach, but throw in your Pinterest audience & even email marketing subscribers (get more details on our Email Marketing package)!
An increase in your audience size can allow for more eyes on your content, expand affiliate link reach, create more brand recognition, and boost brand campaign appeal.
Branding + Web Design
Turning your social media presence into a Brand is the best thing you can do for your business! You’re more than a pretty feed, you’re about to become a household name!
Branding creates the look and visual feel of your brand, but also encompasses so many other facets like your ideal audience, your mission, analyzing your competition, your brand voice, etc.
Having your own website brings all of your content on a platform YOU own. You can monetize through an advertising agency, host email opt-ins to grow your email list, share videos, blog posts, and affiliate links to your hearts desire with no algorithm drama to worry about.
How does our Branding + Web Design package work exactly? Two steps to creating your brand…
- First, we’ll tackle the branding side of things. Brand visuals like your logos, color palette, typography, plus your mission, the why behind your brand, your brand voice, intentions, and final brand guidelines to stay consistent and ‘on-brand’ after your branding is complete.
- Then we move into the website! Our website framework keeps things SIMPLE! A 5 page website is really all you need to get started: Home, About, Blog, Contact, & Shop/Favorites. Additional pages are added when you add on our Email Marketing package for your Opt-in landing pages!
- You’ll be responsible for providing all images via your own Google Drive folder, and approving website copy/design before we go LIVE!

Branding + Web Design Q+A
- What website platforms do you use?
- Any hidden costs with the website?
- What additional benefits can my own website bring me?
- Can you manage the website after it's completed?
We ONLY build websites in the Showit platform, or WordPress.org with our licensed Divi Theme.
We take care of the design and development of the website. You’ll need to purchase the following…
- Your domain name (the URL of your website)
- Hosting for your website (if using WordPress.org) or a Showit subscription
- If you plan to have an email list, you’ll also need to purchase an email marketing subscription (we love, use, and recommend Flodesk for our clients) See our Email Marketing Management Package for more details.
- Website plugins may need to be purchased if there’s a specific function you’d like (this is not common)
- Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions: Your website needs to be legal with the proper disclaimers. Luckily there are plenty of policy templates available online written by qualified attorney’s. I purchased mine from MyLegalBFF.com
The opportunities a website offers is endless! We literally don’t have enough space here to share all the reasons you should have your own website as a content creator, but let’s start with a few revenue boosting reasons…
- Having a place YOU own where your content lives is crucial!
- Website traffic can lead to ad management options, bringing in additonal revenue
- Your blog posts (with affiliate links) can be found on Google for the lifespan of your site. That’s an increase in eyes on your affiliate links, thus the possibility of increasing revenue
- Brand Campaign compensation can increase with your Google Analytic stats showing x amount of visitors to your site, again, with the possibility of increasing your revenue for increased audience reach
